AT&T

THE CHALLENGE:

The owner had a contract on an existing bank and needed to determine if the structure could be renovated to an AT&T retail store. He had a letter of intent, fixed budget, and a deadline to deliver the space to AT&T.

THE IDEA:

OliverSperry Renovation provided the owner with a feasibility study that helped him determine the best solution, which was to demolish existing and build new. OliverSperry participated in the design, then permitted and constructed the project in budget and on time.
