THE CHALLENGE:

The managing partner wanted to create a visually unique work environment through a comprehensive renovation. They also wanted to occupy the space during the renovation. The original design came in 26% over budget.

THE IDEA:

OliverSperry Renovation was able to work with the architect, designer, and owner to suggest savings that brought the project into budget. The construction was done in three phases, causing minimal disruption and allowing the owner to occupy the space during the renovation.
