INTERIOR & EXTERIOR RENOVATION

THE CHALLENGE:

The owner wanted to relocate his business and wanted exposure on a main road, plus he needed to stay in the same urban area for the convenience of his customers. The owner had a tight budget and an existing lease that was ending.

THE IDEA:

OliverSperry Renovation worked with the owner to totally renovate the interior and exterior of a 40-year old former auto shop. Improvements included roof replacement, new electrical and HVAC systems, and an addition for auto signage. The project was completed on time and within budget.
