THE CHALLENGE:
The owner wanted to upgrade finishes in the aging church and make the facility more energy efficient.
THE IDEA:
OliverSperry Renovation provided design and construction for the following work in 55,000-square-foot facility: complete renovation of nine restrooms; upgraded finishes and lighting in sanctuary; handicap access to the choir loft; improved site drainage; complete window replacement; copper roof repair; complete HVAC replacement; 25 KW photovoltaic solar array.
