FIRST UNITED METHODIST CHURCH OF PERRY

THE CHALLENGE:

First United Methodist Church had weather issues with their existing historic building, particularly the doors and windows. They needed help fixing the issues within their budget while preserving the integrity of their historic structure.

THE IDEA:

OliverSperry was sought out by the church because of our expertise. We brought in MLD Architects to help with the weather tightness of the building envelope. Utilizing the study, OliverSperry Renovation was able to provide costs for renovating their historic structure and completed the work without disrupting the churches activities.
