THE CHALLENGE:

Largest Great Clips franchisee in the southeast that typically uses a specified traveling contractor needed an extremely fast buildout. Their normal contractor was on another project, and they needed work to be finished over the holiday break in order not to break lease agreements.

THE IDEA:

OliverSperry Renovation put a team together to expedite construction while minimizing costs. OliverSperry also was able to convince the City of Thomasville to accelerate permit review and inspections, allowing Great Clips to open in compliance with their lease agreement.
