INTERIOR RENOVATION
THE CHALLENGE:
The owner of a retail center, that is a renovated church, was having trouble placing a tenant in the old sanctuary. There were multiple issues with the life safety code, handicap accessibility, and electrical services.
THE IDEA:
OliverSperry Renovation worked with the design professional to solve existing building code issues and provide a unique space for Haute Headz Salon.
