THE CHALLENGE:
The Owner wanted to create a unique upscale dining experience for Tallahassee. The original design came in 35% over budget and they wanted to be able to open before the busy Holiday season.
THE IDEA:
OliverSperry worked with the Architect to get the project within budget, and also give the client what they wanted. OliverSperry was able to deliver a high end venue in the time they needed it.
