THE CHALLENGE:

Law Firm Kaye Scholer chose Tallahassee to consolidate their operations center. They needed the facility completed in a short time frame to avoid any interruption to their international operations.

THE IDEA:

OliverSperry Renovation worked with the Architect during the design process to identify long lead time materials. We then worked seven days a week, double shift, to deliver the 28,000 SF space in 10 weeks after issuance of the building permit.
