THE CHALLENGE:

This was the first time the landlord had leased part of their building. Meenan’s design professional informed them that they would need fire sprinklers costing over $100,000. The tenant had a restricted budget, but wanted high end finishes.

THE IDEA:

OliverSperry helped negotiate the lease between the landlord and tenant. They worked with building officials to demonstrate there was no need for fire sprinklers. Saving the building owner $100,000. OliverSperry worked with the interior designer to focus the finish budget on areas with the most public exposure.
