THE CHALLENGE:

The Owner wanted to upgrade an out-of-date façade and office building while minimizing impact to the occupied business adjacent to theirs.

THE IDEA:

OliverSperry Renovation installed a new cypress plank exterior canopy façade and wrapped columns to give the business a modern feel all while keeping out of the way of the neighboring building during both demolition and construction.
