The Owner wanted to create a unique, stand-out look to be the model for future locations to abide by. With a budget restriction and a taste for rare items, the overall costs seemed to exceed what the Owner could realistically provide.
OliverSperry was able to work with the Owner’s desires and budget by self-performing a large portion of the carpentry and cabinet work, which saved the owner money. We also were able to provide alternative options and opinions on finishes that allowed us to work closely with a local subcontractor to reduce costs without sacrificing quality. The finished product was above and beyond the Owner’s expectations all while being delivered within budget and on time.
Red Eye Coffee CEO Mark McNees talks about his experience with OliverSperry Renovation on the new Bannerman Crossing location.
